Improvisation's the name of the game

A lot of improvisation going around, lately. Our little project Stanton Street Collective has been getting into some dub. Here's a piece started by our pal Josh Fierro on the bass. Rich is on the sax, I jump in on the guitar, and Freddy's doing the beats:

Super Socks was started by our old friend Andyspank. He had been getting into reggae and during one of our practices I suggested he improvised some reggae rhythms with his guitar. Jeff immediately picked up on the set and the bass part just seemed to flow from me... before we knew it, Jeff and I were singing and jamming along. It was a unique experience I'm glad was captured by Dm3o and his "robot."
